Looking for one person to fill a large, bright, double bedroom in a clean and bright, three bedroom flat. Located in the vibrant Hackney Wick, in the sought after Eastwick + Sweetwater Development - a peaceful and quiet new build on the edge of the Olympic Park, a short walk from Hackney Wick Station.

We’re looking for a female working professional who’s clean, tidy and social enough to relax with at the end of the day. The flat is shared with two wonderful female flatmates - both working in marketing - and two equally lovely cats.

The three of us have lived together really happily the last few years, we’re looking for someone that we can live with comfortably, join us to make the space their own home too. We moved into an unfurnished flat and furnished it ourselves, open to adding anything that you might have in addition.

We keep the flat very clean and tidy and we’re respectful of each other’s space - working through the week and sharing the living space relaxing together in the evening, when we’ll cook, watch TV and decompress.

Your two flatmates, Arda and Sonia, both work in marketing - planning and graphic design. They split their time between the office and working from home, where there's plenty of space for all three of us to work - whilst it's rare that everyone is home working at the same time. They are social and easy to get along with - we moved in as strangers and quickly became close friends.

Weekends we might have a couple of people over, but we’re not a party flat and don’t generally have people over during the week. We occasionally, but infrequently, have family visit and stay in our own rooms - we’re a welcoming and homely place :)
