Modern, en-suite room available for short-term let

Looking to fill my double en-suite bedroom in Hackney Wick for a short-term (three month let) living with two other girls as I am moving to Australia at short notice with work.

The room comes fully furnished (it’s all my own furniture) and is equipped with double bed, mattress, desk, desk chair, bedside tables and fitted wardrobe. The room is in our fully furnished flat which is five minutes walk from Hackney Wick station and right on the canal (perfect for a summer drink!). The flat has a lovely balcony and is close to both Victoria and the Olympic parks. It’s also 10 minutes walk from Stratford Westfield and underground (both the Central, Jubilee and Elizabeth Line).

You’ll be sharing with two young professional girls (one a secondary school teacher and one a business development manager for a charity). They’re very friendly and outgoing and are looking for someone who is clean and respectful and who can fit into the household, enjoying some plans and nights in together but is equally happy to enjoy their own social lives independently of the group.

The room is available from 18th May – 18th August for £1300pcm plus £125 for shared bills (including energy, water, broadband and council tax).
