You'll be sharing this spacious 3-bedroom flat with Ben and Kane, two childhood friends who enjoy spending their free time playing video games, going to the gym, experimenting with new dishes, and relaxing in the living room over drinks or a good movie. They're clean and tidy but not obsessive about it. Ben loves his plants – he’s even growing strawberries on the balcony! Kane is into poetry, and if you're lucky, he might share a few lines from his latest work.
Furniture:
* The room comes with a bed (different bed), wardrobe, and chest of drawers. However, all the white furniture in the photos is mine.
* The white bed (which I purchased specifically for this flat) is an Ottoman bed with under-bed storage, providing plenty of extra space.
* The electric desk is adjustable in height, allowing for both sitting and standing work.
* I'm happy to sell both the bed and the desk at a very attractive price – we can discuss this if you're interested.
Practical Info
* You’ll take over the tenancy through the agency, which manages the entire building complex. They’re great and handle any issues promptly. Their office is conveniently located downstairs if you ever need assistance.
* The building is well-maintained, with a lift and a Tesco Express within the complex for last-minute essentials.
* The flat has a huge storage room and a cleaning room (unfortunately limited to 9 pictures here, but hopefully all captured on video)
