I'm relocating and my en-suite double room will be available starting from 30th October for the remainder of the contract, which runs for another 4.5 months until 15th of March (could technically extend).

The Famous Crate is only 3 minutes walk across the bridge! Whether you’re in the mood for a relaxed stroll with coffee and a pastry along the canal (just outside your door) or a visit to Victoria Park (a short 8-minute walk), the location is truly exceptional. Westfield Stratford is only a 10-minute walk away. Huge panoramic gym with view over canal is right outside and super cheap!

You'll be sharing this spacious 3-bedroom flat with Ben and Kane, two childhood friends. They are relaxed, friendly professionals who enjoy spending time at home, cooking, and gaming. They're clean but not obsessive, and enjoy a mix of social and quiet time. The house has lots of plants and we're even growing strawberries on the balcony!

* You’ll take over my part of the tenancy through the primary agency, which manages the entire building complex. They’re great and handle any issues promptly. Their office is conveniently located downstairs if you ever need assistance.
* The building is well-maintained, with a lift and a Tesco Express within the complex for last-minute essentials.
* The flat has a huge storage room and a cleaning room (unfortunately limited to 9 pictures here)

Furniture:
The room comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers (note: the bed in the photo will be replaced with a similar one). Other furniture shown in the photo is mine and can be sold if interested.

Costs:
* Deposit: £1,326
* Monthly rent: £1,220
* Bills: approximately £142, covering all essentials like water, electricity (EPC rating B, ensuring energy efficiency), council tax (band E), and high-speed WiFi
