Bills not included - exactly £212.53pcm on top of rent
Deposit - £1230.66 (Refundable to you at the end of tenancy which is in March 2027 - Contract extensions are possible, with housing agency).
To allow yourself to takeover my tenancy completely, you will have to pay my tenancy deposit upfront - Referencing required.
My room is shown in the apartment tour video, if interested which includes a large bathroom too which is shared with only just one other person, happy to do an in-person viewing also.
Move-in from March 14th - March 31st 2026 onwards (flexible).
