Looking for someone who is able to takeover my tenancy for my room in a 3 bed, 2 bathroom modern apartment in Stratford, £1000pcm on rent & bills not included (exactly £212.53pm on top of rent).
To allow yourself to takeover my tenancy completely, you will also have to pay my tenancy deposit upfront which amounts to £1230.66, which is refundable at the end of tenancy, happy to discuss this further if any questions.
