Looking for someone who is able to takeover my tenancy for my double room in a 3 bed, 2 bathroom modern apartment in Stratford, £1033pcm on rent & bills not included (exactly £212.53pm on top of rent).
To allow yourself to takeover my tenancy completely, you will have to pay my tenancy deposit upfront which amounts to £1230.66, which is refundable to you at the end of tenancy which is in March 2027, but contract extensions are possible, happy to discuss this further if any questions.
My room is shown in the apartment tour video if interested & there is a large bathroom too, being shared with only just one other person.
Any queries, don’t hesitate to ask and also welcome to do an in-person apartment tour if need be :)
This will be available for a move-in from March 15th 2026 onwards & can be discussed further.
