Double room to let in spacious and cozy two bedroom flat in Hackney Wick, to share with only one more person. A couple more furniture can be added in the room if needed, and extra storage space in the living room/kitchen + big storage in the other bedroom. The bedroom has 2.83m x 2.68m. One bathroom, open plan kitchen and living room, balcony and bike shed.

A 6 minute walk to Hackney Wick overground station and 15 minutes to Stratford station. Next to Queen Victoria Olympic Park and to the canal. Lively neighborhood, lots of bars/food, gyms, beauty salons... Tesco Express one block away.

I work from Monday to Friday in a primary school, in my free time I like to chill at home, read, listen to music, do embroidery, cook and sometimes have a glass of wine. I also like to go out to pubs, gigs, museums, theatre etc - and I travel frequently. I like to keep the space clean and organised.

I would like to share the flat with a professional, preferably female, ideally who does not work from home, and that shares some of the same interests as me, is tidy, friendly and respectful. If you think you could be a match, please drop me a message and we can talk.
