Bright Double Room in Stratford/Hackney Wick

A lovely double room is available in a modern 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat located between Stratford and Hackney Wick. I’m heading back to my home this summer from 16th June, so I’m looking for someone to take over my lovely room for a short let.

• Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing/drying machine
• Large living room with balcony overlooking the canal

• Deposit required due to some personal items left in the house

• Part of the East Wick & Sweetwater development
• Tesco right downstairs for everyday convenience
• 5 mins walk to Hackney Wick station (Overground)
• 10 mins walk to Stratford station, Westfield, M&S, Waitrose, and supermarkets
• Vibrant area with bars, restaurants, cafes, and clubs nearby – perfect for exploring East London’s nightlife

Flatmates:
You’ll be sharing with two friendly and respectful flatmates (one male one female, working professionals). The flat has a relaxed and clean atmosphere – ideal for someone who’s looking for a homey place to stay while in London this summer.

Price & Availability:
Available from June 17th. Ideally looking for someone who can stay at least a month. Rent is negotiable for someone covering the full period!!! (From June 17th to August 8th or longer)
