Come live in a new build with me! I'm looking for two people to sign onto a 1 year lease. An ensuite and a big double room are available (shared bathroom with me). Am looking to move in *mid to late October* Photos show the flat I've been living in (but sadly am moving out as flatmates are leaving) but there are other 3 bedrooms in the same development.
- It's by Hackney Wick (right next to the canal 🚣🏼♂️, Copper Box Arena 💪🏼, HereEast, V&A Storehouse 🖼️, and Olympic Park 🌳).
- It also has a really nice flat with a patio ☀️! 7 min walk to Hackney Wick station, 8 min cycle to Stratford station (lots of transport!) or 5 min bus / 15 min walk to Stratford / Westfield.
- New build so everything works ✨, is insulated in the winter and quiet 🔇, and has a dishwasher!
- Bills (including council tax) were on average £140pcm per person.
- Landlord can furnish (wardrobe, dresser, bed, nightstand, and mattress).
It's a lovely area with families and young professionals around. There are lots of cafes ☕, Hackney Bridge food hall 🍕, and also places for a beverage 🍷 🍺as well.
I'm 35 and work in Transport Planning. I don't like to throw house parties but prefer to have a chill dinner and watch shows or films together or a drink outside!
