Double room with own bathroom - Hackney Wick

Hey! It's with a heavy heart I'm having to rent out my gorgeous room for the remainder of my tenancy (until end of May 2026).

It's a spacious double bedroom with 2 wardrobe spaces and it's own bathroom. Flat is shared with 1 female, who is super friendly. We've lived together since 2021 so I think that shows she's a decent flat mate!! She does have a cat (also very friendly) but he doesn't come into my room or bathroom.

Council Tax and Internet included in rental price. Utilities that will be split each month are:

-Thames water: billed every 6 months & usually works out between £20-30pcm
-Electric: roughly £30-50pcm (fluctuates throughout the year because of the underfloor heating)
-Hot water: roughly £40-60pcm (fluctuates throughout the year because of the underfloor heating)

Managing agent will need to complete affordability check and then you'll replace me on the tenancy / deposit.
