Myself and my friend are looking for 1 other person to potentially join us in this lovely new build flat in Hackney Wick/Stratford!
We are looking to view the property this week so there are no guarantees of getting it but we would love to get a potential 3rd flatmate sorted if it goes through. We would be looking around mid February or later to start the tenancy.
The room would be a double room.
We are both very friendly, welcoming, clean and would love a flatmate that also brings good vibes✨
Not looking to be a party house as we both will be working a lot in the week, but would love to be friends with our flatmate- watching tv and films together, doing flat things and being respectful of each others space (in a clean environment!).
