We’re looking to rent out our much-loved one-bedroom apartment in Hackney Wick. It’s a well-laid-out, modern flat with underfloor heating throughout and a private balcony that’s great for sitting outside when the weather’s nice.

The kitchen is fitted with Bosch appliances, including a dishwasher and washer/dryer, and there’s a good-sized double bedroom and a modern bathroom. The building has lift access, bike storage, a private intercom system, and an on-site management office.

The location is really convenient. The V&A East Storehouse and Better Gym at the Copper Box Arena are just across the road, and Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park is a couple of minutes away for walks, green space, and canal paths. Hackney Wick’s cafés and restaurants are close by. There’s also a Tesco, barber, and dentist directly underneath the building, which makes day-to-day life easy. Victoria Park is about a 15-minute walk.
