Cozy Double bed in Hackney Wick /Olympic Park

We have one room available in our 3 bed apartment.

Flat: Modern 3-bed in Hackney Wick- fully furnished living room, TV, fitted kitchen, balcony, fast Wi-Fi and a dart board.

Room: Not the biggest, but cozy Double room (Double bed, wardrobe).

Transport: 7 min walk to Hackney Wick station, 12 min to Stratford International/DLR, 17 min to Stratford Underground (Central, Jubilee, Overground, Elizabeth line).

Area: Lively neighborhood in Hackney Wick, with plenty of green spaces around(we're literally in the Olympic Park), canalside bars and eateries. Victoria Park is a short stroll away and plenty of weekend markets, thrift stores around.

Existing flatmates: 4 tidy professionals. Me and my gf are in the ensuite. My friend and his gf in the other double bed. We have been living here for the last 2 years, like to hangout together, get a drink/go to gigs but also respect each other's space. We work 3 days a week at office and 2 days from home mostly. We work in Finance, Tech and Hospitality.

Looking for: Someone who would consider the place as their own home, clean, considerate, has their own thing going on but also doesn't mind the odd chat.

Bills including council, heating, electricity and wifi comes up to £80 - £120 per month. Water bill is every 6 months.
