Hi! 😊 We are two professional females (28 and 35), looking for a 3rd female flatmate to join our lovely home.

About the room: the largest of the three bedrooms, with its own private en-suite. Furnished with a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and a built-in closet - so you can move straight in. £1,250/month plus bills (approx. £214/month - full breakdown below).

About the flat: bright, modern and genuinely brand new, with an open-plan kitchen/living space and a private balcony. Fully furnished and kitted out throughout:
- Kitchen: dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, induction hob and air fryer
- Living room: sofa, coffee table, large dining table with chairs, and a TV
- Balcony: we added a table out here for meals outside - honestly one of the best bits in summer 🌿
- Storage galore: dedicated shoe cupboard, a coats-and-suitcases cupboard, and a utilities cupboard with washing machine
- Plus underfloor heating, a high-spec Siemens kitchen, superfast full-fibre broadband, secure bike storage, video intercom and an on-site management team

A bit about us:
Two easy-going female professionals - Aga, 28, and Ania, 35. We're both busy with work during the week - Ania's in the office most days, Aga works from home a couple of days a week - so the flat is calm and chill during the week, but we're friendly and sociable and always up for a shared meal or a hang out when schedules line up.
Some things we like:
Ania: yoga, crime TV, every form of exercise, going out dancing every now and then, a spontaneous fun plan, and a good glass of wine.
Aga: anything creative - books, music, chill art outings, nature walks, cooking and arty projects.
Both of us: good chats, fresh bread, and an impressive tea collection we're always adding to
We like to keep the place clean and tidy, but we're relaxed about it and always assume good intentions. We love living here and are hoping to stay a good while, so we're looking for someone who wants a proper home.

About You: we’re looking for a considerate, respectful housemate. We’re a friendly household who care about keeping shared spaces clean and looking after our home.

We’re happy to hang out, share a meal or catch up over coffee/tea but just as happy giving each other space to do our own thing.

Looking for a female professional who’s after a similar balance of socialising and independence.
