Hackney Wick Double w/ En-Suite

Hello lovely househunters…

My friends are moving in with their partners (😭) so I’m on the hunt for two new girls to live with in Hackney Wick.

It’s a three bedroom flat and two rooms are available.

This is a gorgeous, spacious, clean modern flat. It’s in the best location ever, with the canal on your doorstop and all the delights of Hackney Wick (Crate, No.90, the Community Sauna, etc, etc ❤️‍🔥)

The Mildmay overground is about 5 minutes away and Stratford about 20 minutes (or 5 on a bus/Lime) so it’s very well connected.

The first is the smallest room (only by the teeniest amount) and has two windows. It comes with a double bed and - if you’re interested in buying - the chest of drawers and wardrobe.

The second is the master and is the largest of the flat with an en-suite and built in wardrobe. It comes with the bed also.

Bills are excluded but are around £150 per month.

I’m looking for two girls who are easy going, clean and are keen to create home together. Ideally professionals around 24-30, but tbh I’m flexible for the right crew!! 🫂

A bit about me… I’m 27 and have been living in East London for about 4 years but am from New Zealand originally. I work in the City as a commodity analyst, I live a busy life and travel a lot, so I love coming back to a cosy, chill flat.

I love nights out and silly times, but equally happy for wholesome weekends. Interests include but aren’t limited to; travel, yoga, reading, raves 😛, hiking, mooching around, reality TV.

The flat is available from 16th November, but the small room is available from 1st November as a sublet.

I do need to find people by the 30th September otherwise the flat goes on the market again… so we’re working hard and fast gals !!!!

Pets are welcome in the building.
