Hi there, I am subletting my double room in central London between the 10th of August 2024 and 24th of August 2024 ONLY. Edgware road tube is 5 minutes away and Paddington 12 minutes by walk. Well connected location!
Rent is inclusive of bills.(you pay according to the length of your stay)
It's a good size double room with double bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and a nightstand.
You will be sharing the kitchen, toilet and bathroom with 2 other flatmates. Both are quite, clean, friendly and considerate. Expecting the same from the tenant :)
Single occupancy only. No couples and pets allowed.
