You will be sharing with two males, both working professionals in their 30's.
The flat is well connected and is approx 5-10 minutes walk from both Marble Arch (for Central Line) and Edgware Road Station (for Circle/Hammersmith/District & Bakerloo) as well as a 10-15 minute walk to Paddington for Elizabeth line services. Several key bus routes also operate along Edgware Road.
Bills are not included but usually average around £70 per month for Water/Council tax and Broadband and an additional £60 per quarter for electric.
