2rooms for subletting Jun-Dec(shorterstaysallowed)

The flat is exceptional with alot of space for a great price and location. It is in between edgware road station and paddington. There is also extra security around the community at nigh. Tesco, printing, cafes, everything is around the property. We have a really nice view of sunset and water body.

The deposit will be paid to the current flatmates who will be moving out because they have already paid for it - and will be returned to us after we end the tenancy. I am looking for people who want to rent for Short term stays. the en suite is available end of July - end of August. whilst the room with the shared toilet is available from end of June - end of August.

I expect to be living with someone very clean and nice. If you're not clean dont even bother viewing please.
