Important requirements for the new tenants

📌You would need to pay the 2 months up front + deposit. (All uni accomodations are like this but there could be a compromise)

📌you will need to give a guarantor details (uk or non) and show that you are a student (preferably full time)

🏢About the dorm —-

📆each room is available from July 1st until August 31st. You can talk with the agency if you want to renew a longer contract.
Rent is £867 per month for each room. So 2 months would be £1,734 for a room, plus £100 deposit which will be given back.

📍It’s in the main road and both rooms are located on the 2nd floor of the building. The 2nd floor is mainly girls, although my next door neighbour is a guy. Therefore any gender is okay. You will have your own mini kitchen in your bedroom but the rest (toilets and showers) is shared. There are 2 toilets and 2 showers in this floor, but you can also access the other toilets and showers on the 3rd floor (mainly guys). No living room. Also no washing machine (there is a launderette near by,)

The building is old so don’t expect a modern house. It’s central so I’m looking for someone who wants to prioritize the location.
