Hi, I’m Felix. I’m looking for someone to take over my current flatmate’s room in our two bedroom flat at Park West Apartments, a secure building with a 24 hour concierge.

The room is large and bright, with plenty of space for a double bed, clothes rack or wardrobe, and still lots of room to move around. The two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the flat, so there is great privacy. We share a comfortable living room and kitchen, and the flat has a washer and dryer.

The location is excellent. Hyde Park, Paddington, Edgware Road and Marble Arch stations are all within a few minutes’ walk, giving easy access to several tube lines. Waitrose is right outside, and Aldi will be opening nearby soon, which makes grocery shopping very convenient.

A bit about me. I’m 23, work full time as an analyst, and usually work from home twice a week. I’m clean, easygoing and social, though I don’t drink or smoke. I enjoy music, travelling and going to events, and I sometimes go for runs in Hyde Park, which you’re very welcome to join.

I’m looking for someone clean, friendly and financially stable who values a comfortable and tidy home.
