Great flat available from December on Edgeware Road, near Marble Arch.

We are looking for a new flatmate to join us in a beautiful flat. Our current flatmate is sadly moving out to live with her boyfriend and we are looking to find someone.

We are looking for ideally a professional to join us in the flat - but our current flatmate was studying a masters in Music when she joined the flat. There are two of us in the flat at the moment, friendly and looking for a good match.

Location:
It is fantastic location in central London, 10 minutes walk from Marble Arch tube station, 15 minutes from Edgeware road and Paddington.

We live just opposite Waitrose, there is a Tesco Express just down the road and 5 minutes walk from Hyde Park. The area has great cafes and pubs nearby and is an easy commute to anywhere in London.

Flatmates:
There are two flatmates, both professionals who have lived in the flat for at least three years (we love it here).
