Lovely bright room in Paddigton - Zone 1

A lovely sunny room in a quiet Paddington flat ☀️ 🪴

Hi! I'm Rhea, and I'm looking for someone to take my room in this lovely flat as I am unfortunately having to move away for work.

The flat has three bedrooms in total, and has double-glazed windows and wood floors throughout. All the bills are included except for WiFi.

Your room is large with great natural light, excellent storage, and has a double bed that can be transformed into a single if you prefer more space during the day. The room also has a large TV, perfect for movie nights! The room is furnished, but if you'd like to bring your own things, we are happy to chat about getting rid of any furniture you don't like or want. We want you to feel as at home as possible! The ceiling of the whole flat is really high, which gives it a spacious feel.

There is a balcony patio space that can be accessed from the room, which is great for gatherings or if you like a spot of gardening. We don't have a living room, but the flat has a lovely clean kitchen space with all the appliances and accessories, and a small but functional bathroom.

You'll be living with TJ, a mature student at the Courtauld Institute of Art, alongside another flatmate who we are also looking for at the moment. If you are interested in the flat, we would love to hear a bit about you and your work, interests, schedule, etc!

About your new flatmate:

TJ: Hi Im "TeeJay" (TJ) and I have been living in London and in this flat for over 15 years now. I'd say I'm a quiet and considerate creative who loves a very clean tidy flat, esp. because my schedule (and my room) can get messy at times. I enjoy connecting with friends and nature, painting, reading, and travelling. Because I'm personable, you might think I'm an extrovert- but I'm not. I need lots of quiet/downtime. You are most likely to find me in the library or museum.

We request that if you want to move in, you pay the first moth's rent, last month's rent as well as the deposit: this means 3 x £1000. The reason for “first, last and deposit” is because otherwise we've noticed people would rather not pay their last month’s rent and “ride out” their deposit - but that is not what the deposit is for.

We will be open to doing viewings most days as we are keen to find the right person as soon as we can. Please feel free to send me as many question as you like: I am happy to chat whenever!
