Spacious double room in central London for female

Hi there,

I’m looking for a temporary female tenant for my room in central London for the months June, July and August as I'm going to travel. It’s a spacious double room in a nice house in the Paddington area. There is a large kitchen with two cooking blocks, two bathrooms and a patio.

The room measures roughly 3 by 4 metres and has a height of 2,87 metres. The high ceiling gives a spacious feel to it. It’s fully furnished, including a desk, three chairs and two very large windows, allowing a lot of light to come in which gives the room a bright feeling.

The property is ideally positioned in between Hyde Park and Regent’s Park. Nearest tube station is Edgware Road on less than 5 minutes and Marble Arch is also just a short stroll away and there are many shops, cafes and grocery stores around, including several late-night off-licences in case you need things late at night. Paddington station is also not far with the newly opened Elizabeth line and the Heathrow express making it a useful logistic hub.

All bills are included and there is also free WiFi internet. It’s a relatively low rent for central London (£2.325 for three months) but in return I ask you to look after the room with great care. No smoking and no guests are allowed, but inside the house you can feel completely at home as there is a nice atmosphere with five other really friendly flatmates. Everyone tries to keep the apartment clean and tidy, so I hope you can work together with the other flatmates to keep it looking nice.
