Nice single room with your own bathroom

The flat is ideally located between Edgware Road and Marble Arch, with both tube stations around a 10-minute walk away. Paddington Station and Selfridges are also approximately a 15-minute walk away, and Hyde Park can be reached within around 15 minutes on foot.

There are plenty of supermarkets and shops nearby, including Waitrose, M&S and Aldi, making everyday shopping very convenient. The area is lively, central and well connected, with lots of cafés, restaurants and other local amenities within walking distance.

The room is furnished and comes with its own private bathroom. The building also has a concierge, and the concierge team are always very friendly and welcoming. We also managed to equip the flat with a portable air conditioner this summer, which has made the warmer days much more comfortable.

A little about me: I have been living and working in London for the past two years and currently work in the finance industry. Before moving to London, I also lived in Paris and the US, so I really enjoy meeting and communicating with people from different cultures and backgrounds. I really like this area because the neighbourhood is vibrant, convenient and friendly, while the flat itself still feels comfortable and homely.
