Marble Arch beautiful double room

We are two long tenant more than 9 years in the flat. Unfortunately due the crazy circumstances these days our flatmate had to move out. We are looking for somebody equally as wonderful to replace her :).


The ambiance of the flat is professional, calm, clean, tidy! Therefore we're looking for somebody that meets this criteria.

The Location: It is just great! central but quiet in a great residential building.

- 5 minute walk to Marble Arch or Hyde Park, 7 minute to Edgware Road and Paddington station.
- 1 minute walk to Edgware road with plenty of local shops, restaurant and supermarkets.

The Flat:

It is on the 4th floor in a nice residential building (two lift), central heating (always warm) and 24 hours Consiege.

Outward-facing flat and bright rooms.

One of the quiet roads perpendicular of Edgware road.

The room:

The available room used to be the leaving room so is a big bedroom.

The house is rented through an agency, there are no agency fees on the new people.
