Property is in a good location near Silver Street station (9 min walk) and White Hart Lane station (Zone 3) is a 13 min walk. Property is just off Fore Street (high road, 2 min walk), which has usual high street shops, banks, café, pubs, supermarkets (Tesco, Lidl, Sainsburys).

House has FREE PARKING on road and pretty much all nearby roads. Close (3 min drive) to the A406, A10 & M25 for easy getaway.

Room is fully furnished: double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, large window and lockable door.

Two bathrooms. The house features a large bathroom and another separate shower room.

The house is fully equipped, with all bills inclusive: Gas, electricity, water & council tax, broadband (fibre-optic).
