It is a great house with great people and all professionals.
Rooms are rented to individuals, no couples
They have been here for 2,4 and 5 years.

They are totally respectful and give each other space. While they do mingle some evenings, they work all day and come back late most often.

This whole property has just been fully refurbished to a very high standard.

All rooms have everything you need. They are fully furnished with high-quality stuff for a good night’s sleep. I want the place to feel like home.

Superfast Broadband, good signal throughout the house.

Long Double kitchen, Separate coffee/Tea making area.

The front room has a TV, a Separate Dining Area, three Toilets, and two bathrooms, one of which is a brand new suite. The new quality boiler pumps hot water and heat, so everything is new.

All communal areas will be cleaned fortnightly min, although I am for weekly and have managed that for years. But just incase something crops up I say 14 days
