Rooms are rented to individuals no couples
They have been here for 2,4 and 5 years.

Totally respectful and give space to each other. While they do mingle some evenings they work all day and come back late most often.

This whole property has just been fully refurbished to a very high standard.

All rooms have everything you need. Fully furnished with real high quality stuff for a good night’s sleep. I want the place to feel like home.

Front room with TV, Separate Dining Area, 3 Toilets and 2 bathrooms 1 of which is a brand new suite. New quality boiler so pumping hot water and heating is all new.
