Renting a very big double-room in a newly refurbished 4 bedroom house (new kitchen, new floors, new walls, new electrical wiring, new double glazed windows).

There is only one couple living in the house at the moment, so not your average shared cramped accommodation.

The house has a huge garden in the back, a cat (very quiet , very clean, never bothers), 2 bathrooms (1 at the ground floor with only a toilet and another one with a bathtub and shower + toilet at the 1st floor), fiber-internet from Virgin Media, so if you're working from home that's more than enough bandwidth.

We're looking for a professional woman, that's clean, likes peaceful houses and has common sense.

Rent is 550£/month + water + gas + electricity + internet. That's about 580£ with all included, but it varies based on our consumption.

Deposit is 300£.
