A lovely Jubilee park is situated about 50-60 meters away from the house. It’s a great place to go for a morning walk or to end the evening in the nice green area. There is a ground for play football, basketball, tennis and golf. There is adult excise area and children play ground. A short distance walk there is local shops to get your groceries, wines and other essential goods. There are Chinese, Indian and Turkish takeaways and restaurant, hairdressers, off licences, Pharmacies etc. There are also an Indian, African, pub and three Turkish restaurants serving the diverse local community, which includes well-established residents from the eastern Mediterranean, the Caribbean, African and Asian etc.
The closest Underground is ‘Seven Sisters' which is on the ‘Victoria’ Line (Light Blue). You be able to travel to 'Seven Sisters' by train from Edmonton Green station which is about 5 bus stops away from the house.

House Rules:
1. Should you happen to be a smoker it is very much advised smoking is done outside in the open rather than inside the house as it will trigger smoke alarms. Please ensure you switch off sockets for electronic gadgets charges such as TV, mobile, iPod and computer as you intend to leave the house.
2. Switch off lights, toilet light and water tape when you are not using it.
3. No pets allowed. No loud music after 10pm.
4. Please respect other residents in the house.
