Double room, female preferred

Lovely ground floor front room for rent in my slightly scruffy house (I'm slowly fixing it up). Room is double, for single. Mon-Fri lets considered.

Room can be furnished or unfurnished - I've got a king size divan and eve mattress but I can store it if you have your own. Room for a single wardrobe, but large chest of drawers, clothes rail and shelving provided.

Shared bathroom and kitchen - with dishwasher, washing machine, heat pump tumble dryer (slow but energy efficient and large). No cleaner but happy to chip in and get one if you are.

You'll share the kitchen and bathroom with me. I'm a civil servant
and work from home 2-3 days a week. I have two cats, Ozzy and Peanut. Looking for someone who needs quiet overnight most Sun-Thurs nights like I do.

I need someone who will lock the door, not smoke and not let the cats out the front. Oh and put up with shabby chic decor in the hallways etc as I slowly finish the house.

Nearest station is Silver Street.

Council tax band c

Short lets of three months or less considered at a rate of £800pcm.

I might be able to accommodate a slightly earlier move date.
