The property is a nice three bedroom house.
It’s a single room which comes furnished with a bedside table, 2 door wardrobe, chest of drawers and a small double ottoman bed with mattress :)

The house is very clean and tidy. If you lack basic hygiene then this won't be the place for you. We would like to keep the house nice and clean so everyone has a pleasant stay.

This room would best suit a person looking for a home rather than just a room to rent in a house share.

The property has virgin broadband. Washing Machine, dryer and a good size garden.

I'm looking strictly for a professional. Someone who's laid back like the current house mates. The room isn't a first come first serve basis. I will be looking for a person who will fit the dynamics of the current house so it remains a happy home :-)

No overnight staying guests as this is a single room for rent.

No students and no working from home professionals sadly.
