THE ROOM
A bright double sized room on the ground floor of a terraced house. The room is fully furnished: double bed with mattress, wardrobes.

THE HOME
The house itself is lovely, inviting and warm. 3 bedroom home. There is a living room, dining room and utility room. The house has a large shared bathroom upstairs and an additional toilet room downstairs.

We have newly replaced double glazed windows throughout the house, central heating and radiators that can be adjusted in every room.

YOUR HOUSEMATE
Hi, I’m Erin, a 34 year old woman from London. As a freelance Art Director, that has a hybrid work schedule I am often home but I also can work very long days on set. I love to travel, so there will be times where I am away for days, sometimes weeks at a time. I love to cook and to host friends, though I am very considerate of others' space and comforts. I also appreciate my moments alone, and having the ability to recharge.

Nnadi is 25 year old man, that works in music and is very kind and respectful.

SHOPS AND AMENITIES
Everything you need is within a 10 mins walk of the house: Lidl, Asda, and Edmonton Green Shopping Centre. With additional well-stocked off licences, butchers and markets with great fresh produce, a post office, an ATM. There are a plethora of coffee shops in the area such as PRET, COSTA and independent shops. There is also a gym (The Gym Group) and swimming pool.

DESIRED HOUSEMATE
Chill and friendly, tidy and understands the balance of give-and-take that makes a good housemate. The vibe at home is cosy and relaxed. I’d love a friendly household, where we look after each other, but also respect and maintain healthy boundaries.
