Double room too rent in Edmonton

We’re looking for a new housemate to join our lovely home in Edmonton. The room is available from November 2025 and there’s some flexibility to move in a little earlier if needed.

The room is on the ground floor at the front of the house. It’s a bright, comfortable space that comes with a double bed, shelving, and enough room for a desk if you work from home.

The house has a shared living room, a large kitchen with dining area, a sun room, and access to a garden – perfect for relaxing in warmer weather. There’s also bike storage available, and all bills and Wi-Fi are included in the rent (£680 per month).

We’re about 10 minutes from Edmonton green Station, with quick connections into Central London. Edmonton Green, Bush Hill Park, Southbury, and Enfield Town are all close by.

You’ll be sharing with three friendly professionals (aged 30–50) who work in creative industries, sales, and languages. Everyone’s respectful, clean, and easy to live with – we like to keep things relaxed and homely.

We’re looking for someone mature, tidy, and considerate, who’s lived in shared accommodation before and values a calm, friendly household.
