Double Room Available Friendly House Share in Edmonton (£700 PCM, Bills Included)

We’re looking for a new housemate to join our lovely home in Edmonton. The room is available from February 2026, with some flexibility for an earlier move-in if needed.

The room is located on the first floor at the back of the house and is a bright, comfortable space. It comes furnished with a double bed and shelving, and there’s enough room for a desk, making it suitable for working from home.

The house offers a large shared kitchen with a dining area, a sun room, and access to a garden, ideal for relaxing during warmer months. There is also bike storage available.
All bills and Wi-Fi are included in the rent (£700 per month).

We’re approximately 10 minutes from Edmonton Green Station, with quick links into Central London. Edmonton Green, Bush Hill Park, Southbury, and Enfield Town are all close by with good transport links and local amenities.

You’ll be sharing with four professionals in total (including yourself), aged 23–50, working in creative industries, sales, and languages. The household is respectful, clean, and easy-going we value a calm, relaxed, and homely environment.

This is a non-smoking household. Excessive drinking and loud behaviour are not permitted.

We’re looking for a clean, well-behaved professional who respects shared living and contributes to a peaceful, tidy home.
Single occupant only (no couples, families, or DSS/housing benefit).
