Shared washing machine on 1st floor. Warm home with good heating and modern facilities.

Rent is £850 per calendar month, £425 deposit payable in advance and includes the bills and WiFi internet.

Looking for lodger (not tenant). You agree to vacate the property within 2-4 weeks if required. Longer time can be agreed if needed.

The area has free parking. It's a family house.
