Our rooms are double in size but for single occupancy only and they are fully furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and orthopaedic double bed with under bed storage. All rooms have their own en suite.
The house has 3 double rooms with en suite and 2 bedsit rooms. Therefore the main kitchen in the house is only used by three tenants. There is a shared lounge too!

All rooms have their own private locked door, lots of light and is bright and spacious.

Lovely garden with picnic bench and a locked shed for bike storage and off-street parking. Our gardener maintains all outside areas. We provide a regular cleaner to ensure all shared areas are to a good quality - the cleaner does not enter tenants rooms.
The area: the house is in N18, 5 -10 minutes from White Hart Lane Station (25 minutes to Liverpool Street station), with easy access to the A10 and Enfield Highway with very good bus route connections.

RATES from: £695 per month - we pay all bills - Please note that if there are any Council Tax changes requiring the tenant to manage and pay the Council tax, we will reduce your rent by the amount which we pay towards the council tax and advise you on how to manage and arrange your payment to the council.

As live-out landlords we take our landlord duties very seriously: we're accredited members of the National Landlords Association. Our properties meet or exceed all relevant fire, health and safety regulations.
