One lovely furnished double bedroom with main use of the main bathroom for rent on the second floor. You will be sharing with only one person. It's a newly built flat with only three floors. Very clean , peaceful and very comfortable. Only 5 minutes walk to both bus and train station, train takes 20 minutes to Liverpool Street station.

Close to all amenities. Washer and dryer is available along with fast speed broadband. The rent is included of bills. I cannot take the scent of smoke hence smokers I cannot share with. There's no pets and it is a home that is free from noise and crowd. I work 5 days per week so I do enjoy my quiet times on my days off.

I love my privacy and I do respect other people's privacy also. I will up for a chat if someone is up for it, but I do know my limits. Am very laid back but can also be a very quiet person and I do enjoy my own company. I must say that I am a very clean and tidy person, I dislike clutter. I keep my home very tidy and always maintain a healthy environment. I am not OCD but your home should be a place of relaxation free from clutter and dirt.

Hopefully there's someone out there that will share the same common grounds because birds of the same feather, they can live together.
