*The flat is currently on the market to be sold, hence the reduced rent. The process will take a minimum of 4 months and could take up to 12 months but does mean that I cannot guarantee a longer rental than 4 months. Anyone who wishes to take the room will need to be prepared to be ok with some viewings of the flat, there will always be at least 24 hours notice before a viewing.*

There is only one other person living in the property, so always easy access to a bathroom!

No pets allowed and smoking is not allowed.
