Large Double room in large maisonette.

Living in a tower block 10 minutes walk from Elephant and Castle Station. The Bedroom is a Large Double room which has basic furnishing.

We have all we need in the and the area there is a kitchen Dining room/communal room, lots of storage, a balcony with great views.

The rooms are furnished to a basic level and are very spacious. There is a shared bathroom and an extra toilet. The Kitchen/Diner/Living area is very convenient and an area where we can socialise.

There are amazing views and great transport links with many buses, 24-hour tube and train station. There are a number of supermarkets including a large Tesco, only five minutes walk away. East Street market just five minutes walk along with other amenities of the Walworth Road.

We are; Wesley, Raje and Dorcas. Wesley attends HTB Church and is a 40-year-old guy who often works from home in these times along with Raje. Dorcas is a language teacher and also works at home more regularly during this time of COVID 19.

We eat food together once a month, but have our own lives also.

We are open to people who may want to use the room during the week and as it is our flat, we do not have extended built-in contracts and are happy to consider shorter-term lets. There will not be the extended expense of references, expensive agency fees or minimum terms. This makes it ideal for people new to living in London on a budget, especially considering the great proximity to the city and amazing transport links!
