A small double room is available now! Please take a look at the video to see the room. It is small, but there is an ottoman bed for storage underneath. There is also a desk table that folds down from the wall so you could work in there.

All bills included as well as a fortnightly cleaner. I'm pretty relaxed on rental terms - I ask for a committed initial 6 months, but then it's simply on a rolling 1-month notice period.

On the inside - the house is well furnished, new and modern - fully kitted kitchen with dishwasher, shared living room with nice sofa, 2 showers with good pressure.

Elephant and Castle has amazing transport links, regular buses in every direction, Boris bike stands nearby, a 12min walk to the tube for both Northern and Bakerloo lines (or a 25min walk to Jubilee)

The existing housemates are all professionals ladies in their 20's/early 30s and are all tidy.

I'm (Pete) the landlord and also work in London, meaning that if anything breaks/needs fixing in the house - I can sort it quickly. My wife Jo often helps with sorting rooms - so you may hear from her instead of me initially.

We've been renting the property for 10 years now (first just to lodgers as I lived here myself for 7 years) and most people have stayed for a couple years and only left to move in with their other half, or to move country.

Please note we are selling the house and an offer has been accepted, but the buyers circumstances have changed so it is now back on the market. You may only be in the house for 6 months or so but you will be given lots of warning about where we are in the sale process to find another place.
