Double room (flat with living room and balcony).

Hi there,

We are looking for someone to replace our former flatmate who has left the house. The room is part-furnished with a double bed, a bedside table and a wardrobe.

Actual flatmates:
-Chryso, 27yrs, podiatrist and teacher, likes dancing, travelling, cooking and watching The Office
-Diana, 32yrs, finance assistant, likes dancing, cooking, fitness, travelling, learning new languages (Italian, Spanish and Chinese) Netflix and chill.

Area:
We are leaving near Elephant and castle, at a 15min walk distance from the tube station (northern and bakerloo lines, and national rail) and 10min by bus (SE17), the area is very safe and quiet for those who enjoy late Sunday mornings.

New flatmate:
We are not complicated, we are looking for an easy-going and clean person.

Flat:
The apartment has all the comfort and commodities necessary to live in a perfect environment. This is a duplex with the rooms on the 1st floor, and the common areas on the ground floor (living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilets).
We like to chill in the living room together with food and drinks, but we also like to have our own privacy and we respect each other intimacy and privacy.
