A double spare bedroom, freshly painted, furnished with a double bed, dressing table/desk, full length mirror, bedside table, built In wardrobe. There is lots of room for additional storage in the room if necessary.

Also a comfortable space for working from home. There is also a large dining table in the living room that I am happy to share.

I am a professional freelancer starting an agency I work from home majority of the time and temporarily in a bar at the weekends in the evenings, Thurs-Sat. Sunday if I dot need to catch up on any work., I'm generally visiting friends or family.

I generally take care of the majority of the up keep/cleaning of living room. I just ask that tenants must be clean and tidy and willing to share the upkeep of the bathroom and the kitchen area after cooking.

I have lived in the apartment for 15 yrs and have a fully equipped kitchen, I am happy for a tenant to share all my kitchen amenities, also including:
-Nespresso coffee machine (just need to buy your own capsules)
-NutriBullet for juicing/blending

Elephant and castle is the perfect base for London, the travel amenities are fantastic to reach all areas of London and. close to all mainline stations for travels outside of London. The apartment is under 5 mins walk to the underground station for Bakerloo and Northern Line, overground train station and all bus routes for all areas of London.

Also great location to reach different areas of zone 1 on foot.
