Hi! I'm looking for someone to take over my contract in a 4 bed house in Elephant and Castle for £826.67 per month (£206.67/week) as soon as possible. Property is available now. UK guarantor required if you are a student.

It is a double bedroom, furnished with a really comfy bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
You will be sharing with 3 friendly King's college of London students (2 guys and 1 girl). Ideally a student would be preferable, but do please message me if you are a young professional.

The house is split over 3 floors:
- Ground floor - kitchen (with fridge/freezer, gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher), toilet, lounge and garden.
- First floor - 2 bedrooms, utility room with washing machine.
- Second floor - your bedroom, another bedroom and main bathroom.
- We also have an off street parking space.
- Really lovely neighbours.

Great location: Around 5-10 min walk to Elephant and Castle rail and tube station, plenty of buses, close to shops (Morrison's, Tesco's, Sainsbury's), couple of gyms nearby, East Street market.
Walking distance to London bridge, borough market, guy's campus, guy's hospital, Waterloo, St Thomas' hospital etc.

This is a 2 year contract but you are able to terminate the contract after Dec 2020 (1yr + 3 months), unless you find a new tenant to replace - please feel free to message me to ask any questions, viewings, more photos, video tour or anything else!
