Awesome flatmate wanted ASAP!

Me and my boyfriend are looking for a new flatmate to take up a double bedroom in our beautiful flat in Elephant and Castle. Sadly our previous flatmate and close friend just went travelling so we are looking for someone to take up the room as soon as possible!

The room has a double bed, big wardrobe, chest of drawers and two bedside tables so a lot of storage space! There is also a bathroom just outside the bedroom with a toilet and a shower bath, and it is being used only by the person occupying the double bedroom.

There is one more ensuite bedroom in the flat, which is occupied by me and my boyfriend. The kitchen is open plan and connected with the living room space, where we often spend a lot of time having meals and watching Netflix. The TV is ours but you are free to use it whenever!

Another big bonus to the flat is two balconies, which is great for enjoying the amazing London skyline. As the flat is facing the west, the sunset views are truly incredible.

The building itself is very secure, there is onsite security and reception, and a BringMe box/post service where you can receive your parcels. There is bike storage in the basement, and a communal room as well where you can work, socialise and enjoy free coffee. The residents also have an option to join Gymbox with a discounted price, that is just downstairs and there is a small Sainsbury’s too.

A bit about ourselves - I am working in Data Operations in an AI start up, and my boyfriend works in HR. We both enjoy socialising , having drinks or grabbing a meal from Mercato Metropolitano just across the street. We are friendly and open minded, but also respect other’s private space and don’t bring the party home. We are clean and treat out flat like home so looking for someone likeminded! 😊
