Double Room in 2 Bedroom Flat in Elephant & Castle

Hello!

I have a small/medium sized double room available to rent in my flat from Monday - Friday for £600 per month. Ideally, you would arrive Monday and depart Friday, but I could be flexible over a Sunday night arrival, as well as stays of only 3 nights per week. Happy for you to leave your stuff in the room over the weekend. I am the only other person living in the flat. All bills included (this includes a fortnightly cleaner). I'll also provide toilet roll, hand soap, dish washing liquid etc., for the flat.

The flat is located on a quiet Victorian terrace, close to the high street and only a 7 minute walk from Elephant and Castle Underground and Train station (Zone 1). Mercato Metropolitano is just over a 10 minute walk away, while Borough Market, London Bridge and Brixton are all just a short journey away as well. The area has really been regenerated in recent years with lots of new flats being built and new restaurants and bars popping up.

The property is a fully furnished 2 bedroom flat, with a shared living room (woo-hoo!), kitchen with small separate dining area and a bathroom with shower.

I am a 45 year old professional male who works for an animal welfare charity. I work Monday – Friday (currently working from home) and prior to the pandemic I also travelled overseas a few times a year for work, so there may be a few opportunities throughout the year to get the flat to yourself for a while if we are ever allowed to travel again!

I am friendly, incredibly laid back, tolerant, and easy to get along with too. I'm always up for a drink or something to eat during the week, although I also like my own privacy and respect that of others as well.
