Double room to let in south facing apartment within the Elephant park development in Elephant and castle, within 10 minutes walk of Elephant and castle station (including train links, northern and bakerloo line, and bus links to most of central London).

The apartment is 2 bed 2 bathroom on the 6th floor with a south facing sheltered balcony (so gets lots of sun, and looks out over a quiet conservation area!). The room has a king size gas lift bed allowing access to lots of storage space underneath the bed as well as two sets of drawers and a very large wardrobe. I have a small ensuite so you will mostly have the main bathroom to yourself.

All bills are included covering:

- Heating, gas, electricity.
- Hyperoptic broadband.
- Netflix and Amazon Prime Video subscription (for tv).
- Cleaner once per month.

The complex facilities which you will have access to:

- The gardens of the south garden development.
- A well equipped residents gym .
- Cycle storage.
- Rooftop garden with views north and south
- Bookable residents lounge and terrace.

The term is 3 months minimum for building security reasons but is rolling monthly after that so you have full flexibility for length of term.
