It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat in a modern high rise building with stunning views of the city, if you love watching sunsets you’ll love it here. There is 24 hour concierge for extra safety so you'll never miss a delivery! There’s a pret and sainsbury's downstairs and opposite, there’s a new gym, with a pool and lots of fitness classes.
I'm very clean and tidy, and am looking for someone like minded with a similar balance between studying and socialising. I am a quiet person so am looking for someone who prefers a chilled flat. I also have a cat that occasionally comes to stay but the flat is otherwise cat-free.
I'd be happy to live with a student or professional, council tax is around £120 per month for professionals.
