500pcm inc Bills sublet until september 15th

£500pcm including bills - I moved out of London back to my parents during lockdown as my office closed so please excuse the untidy room I haven't been home for 4 months 😬

I'm offering this large London room in a ground floor flat for sublet (10 minute walk from Elephant and Castle and Kennington Station) at £500pcm including bills.

I pay £700+ pcm in rent and bills currently but understand that this is a difficult time for everyone so will not be charging full rent & bills to whoever it may be, that is in need of a more affordable space during this difficult time.

The house is a 2 minute walk from tesco, 3 min Iceland, 5 minute large morrisons and is off the high street. No living room (we converted this into master bedroom which is yours) but a shared patio area outside where you can hang laundry and sunbathe - winning 💪🏽 Free to use all my amentieis inc pots, pans, sunlounger etc.

You will be sharing with two other females, though only one is living in the flat at the moment. We would prefer if a female took the room.
