We are two young professionals looking for someone to rent our spare double room in this new build garden flat between Elephant and Castle and Kennington.

The bedroom is a spacious and cosy furnished double room overlooking a terrace, with a bathroom shared with 1 other. It has plenty of storage space including a large built in mirrored wardrobe.

The flat is fully furnished and is exceptionally comfortable. The living area is modern and fully furnished to a high standard, there is plenty of space to relax and live. The kitchen is fully fitted with all the appliances you’d expect from a modern home, including an induction hob, dishwasher and a large fridge/freezer.

We both enjoy cooking and have plenty of kitchen equipment that you’ll be able to use. There is a large dining room table that can seat 10, two spacious sofas a widescreen TV and a PlayStation as well. In addition to this the flat benefits from superfast Hyperoptic Wifi.
There is a private terrace attached to the flat which has tables, chairs and a BBQ that we use in summer. We also have plenty of plants that we like to grow as well.

The bathroom is large and has a high pressure shower, there is also a laundry room with a washer/dryer unit. We also have secure bike storage.

About the tenants:
We are joint owners and have been living here for over two years, we’re both (civil servant and wine buyer) working from home for the foreseeable future. We’re easy going, sociable and into sport, food and going out.
