Looking for a tenant for the larger room in two bedroom 7th floor flat in the most up and coming area of London.

The flat is very sunny and spacious with a large living room/kitchen, two large double bedrooms, and a shared bathroom. It also has a west-facing extremely large balcony hugging the length of the apartment and offering incredible views over the London skyline including an amazing view of the London Eye. The flat is set in a gated courtyard, has a large communal garden, and also boasts a 24 hour concierge service which is very handy for deliveries and packages. There is an underground car-park in the building where residents are able to safely store bikes.

The flat is perfectly located in zone 1, less than a 3 minute walk from Elephant and Castle underground station (Bakerloo and Northern Lines) and close to numerous bus routes across the city. It is also a 5 minute walk away from Kennington (both branches of the Northern Line and the Night Tube). It takes 30 minutes to walk to the City of London or Piccadilly from the flat (great for saving on tube fare), and 15 minutes to walk to Waterloo. There are also several big supermarkets (Sainsbury's, Morrison’s, M&S Tesco and Coop and Longdan (Chinese supermarket) just a stone’s throw away and the buzzing food market Mercato Metropolitano is a couple of minutes on foot. Burgess Park and Kennington Park are a ten minute walk away and both are lovely parks with tennis and basketball courts. The area also has a wide variety of pubs, restaurants, gyms and leisure centres, and is currently undergoing an exciting regeneration so new bars, restaurants, shops and green spaces are being opened.
