Room in a friendly flat share - Elephant & Castle

Cosy double room available in a friendly, chilled flat share. Located in a quiet street in E&C. Great transport links with lots of nearby shops and restaurants. Current house mates are Cat and Charlie, one currently works from home two days a week. We are looking for a flat mate who enjoys socialising as a household for an occasional dinner or film. The room is furnished with bed, dresser, desk and built in shelves. Wardrobe space separate. The house is well furnished with plenty of kitchen utensils, books, gin, and scented candles. Bills are around £100 per month which includes a cleaner twice a month. Ideally, we’re looking for someone to stay 6 months or longer, current housemates have been there 6-8 years.
