Double room in Elephant and castle

This is a standard double sized room all furnished. Lots of transport links to central London ( London Bridge, Oxford Circus via bus or train) The house will be shared with my daughter and myself. I am looking for someone who is respectful and values privacy, clean and tidy as the bathroom and kitchen will be shared (must clean up after themselves) Responsible and kind person.

The room is available now. It is fully furnished with a bed,, TV and wardrobe. The kitchen is also fully equipped with microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, washing machine, fridge, utensils, pots, and pans if you're okay with sharing.
