Nice flat at elephant&castle looking for roomate!

Hi this is Xiaojun. I am looking for a new roomate to renew my current contract together starting from the end of November. I am currently living in elephant & castle in a built to rent building. It is a modern flat with a big balcony where you can see the shard (see picture attached!). The price is just a bit over 1k per month since I lived here for a long time so it's below the average market price for the same level of apartment. Location wise it is very close to the e&c station (2 min walk!) where you can access to northern / bakerloo / thames link. The building has 24/7 security and concierge service.

I am a professional working in finance. Mostly of time working at the office. During weekend I like to go out to eat or enjoy some coffee. I am quite but also sociable. I don't usually hold party as well so you will have a peaceful place to enjoy.
